Hazlewood moved into the runner up spot a lap later, while it took Alvarado a couple more to make his way by Hunt, and link up with the top two, cutting the fastest lap of the race along the way. After those moves, things would stay all but static, with only Alvarado making some looks on Hazlewood from time to time, and the quintet would finish that way, Fite from Hazlewood, Alvarado, Hunt and Demoss. It was the second podium on the year for Fite and Alvarado -first for Hazlewood- but it was a return to the top step that Sean Fite hadn’t done since the season finale in 2020...
